About Giuseppe Bellissima
Giuseppe Bellissima sees real estate as an industry of possibilities; one in which an investor can purchase a seemingly ordinary, run-down property and, with the right vision, transform it into something truly special… and lucrative! Since 2013, he’s been working as a real estate professional, using his expertise to help property dreams come true across Palm Springs and beyond. Several clients have tapped into Giuseppe’s vast remodeling experience to help them with everything from budgets to design choices when transforming Palm Spring homes into seasonal rentals. He also knows the local rules and regulations inside and out so his clients are never left in the dark.
Originally from Italy, Giuseppe moved to Laguna Beach in 1986 and, thereafter, lived around the U.S. before settling in lovely Palm Springs in 2013. While studying at the Graphic Design Institute, he had his first brush with the real estate industry when a friend asked him for help with crafting some appealing brochures and setting tasteful home staging. While Giuseppe initially continued with his graphic design career, he found himself becoming more and more involved with staging homes for realtors and investors alike. Giuseppe got his first real estate license in New York in 1999, but has been an in-demand real estate agent in California since 2013.
